The Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde TP09 is a multifunctional appliance designed to purify air and provide cooling airflow in one device. It combines advanced filtration, intelligent sensing and Dyson’s signature bladeless fan technology to improve indoor air quality while enhancing comfort.
The purifier features a fully sealed HEPA H13 filtration system, paired with an activated carbon filter, capable of capturing 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust, allergens and pollutants.
A key feature of this model is its catalytic formaldehyde filter, which continuously destroys formaldehyde by converting it into water and carbon dioxide. This filter is self-regenerating and does not require replacement.
The TP09 is equipped with advanced sensing technology, including a dedicated formaldehyde sensor. It automatically detects and monitors:

- Formaldehyde
The system responds in real time, adjusting purification performance automatically. Air quality data is displayed on the LCD screen and can also be monitored via the MyDyson™ app.
Using Air Multiplier™ technology, the device draws in polluted air and projects purified air throughout the room, ensuring whole-room circulation and effective purification coverage.
The TP09 also functions as a cooling fan, delivering a steady stream of airflow for personal comfort. It includes a diffused mode, which directs air through the back of the machine to purify without cooling when needed.
The unit is engineered for quiet operation, with improved acoustic design that reduces noise compared to previous models. It also supports oscillation, remote control, app control and voice assistants for convenient use.
